Alper has a background of over 25 years as a structured finance lawyer and partner in multiple international law firms, including leading US law firms such as Jones Day and Orrick Herrington and Sutcliffe. Alper’s experience has focused primarily on international debt transactions, restructuring in capital markets, and direct lending.

Alper presided over building the Truva Corporation as a leading services provider in the areas of corporate trusts, corporate administration and related services.
