Annabel has over a decade of experience as a lawyer working at international law firms and as counsel for start ups, and brings a broad range of legal experience and a passion for creating efficient business solutions, from successfully implementing initiatives to streamline documentation processes to providing robust legal analysis for technology solutions.

Annabel spent 3 years in the structured finance team with international law firm DLA Piper and worked for over 8 years with ISDA, the leading global industry body for swaps and derivatives. Annabel has worked with financial institutions, corporations and service providers across more than 90 jurisdictions, building a wealth of expertise and understanding of complex, global legal and business environments.
